Refund policy


Returns

 

Please be sure to contact Mr Jasper within 7 days of receiving your order. His return policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days since your purchase, Mr Jasper Says he can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Mr Jasper Says the following items are non-refundable

  • Gift cards 
  • Products without receipt or proof of purchase
  • Shipping costs for items returned due to change of mind
  • Sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items may be refunded
  • Some subscriptions purchased are non-refundable
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, Mr Jasper Says he will send you an email to notify you that he has received your returned item. Mr Jasper will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Mr Jasper approves your return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a couple of days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of approval, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

 

Mr Jasper Says he only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send Mr Jasper an email at hello@mrjaspersays.com.au and we will send you a postal return slip.




Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.




Shipping

 

To return your product, you should email us at hello@mrjaspersays.com.au and we will organise a postal return slip.

When returning your item, Mr Jasper Says to please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid breakages and use sufficient bubble wrap and/or padding. Mr Jasper Says that he will not be responsible for any returns not packaged properly that are broken in transit. Any broken items during transit due to customer fault will not be eligible for return or exchange.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, Mr Jasper will deduct the cost of your original shipping from your refund so you will only receive a refund for the product you purchased only.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an item over $75. Mr Jasper Says he doesn't guarantee that he will receive your returned item. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
