HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia. We use Australia Post where possible for shipping and you will get notified of your delivery. We aim to send out your order on the next business day but do not guarantee a delivery date.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We use Australia Post and Sendle for shipping and you will get notified of your delivery. Shipping is included for orders over $150 and only available within Australia (excluding remote Australia).

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

For returns please refer to our refund policy.

When returning your item, Mr Jasper Says to please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid breakages and use sufficient bubble wrap and/or padding. Mr Jasper Says that he will not be responsible for any returns not packaged properly that are broken in transit. Any broken items during transit due to customer fault will not be eligible for return or exchange.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, Mr Jasper will deduct the cost of your original shipping from your refund so you will only receive a refund for the product you purchased only.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an item over $75. Mr Jasper Says he doesn't guarantee that he will receive your returned item. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
