FAQs

What wax are you using?

We use Soy and CocoSoy Wax:

  • Contains no petroleum (paraffin waxes).
  • Biodegradable, free of pesticides and herbicides.
  • Eco-friendly wax (The process of changing from a liquid to wax state rules out the classification “organic”).
  • No genetically modified material.
  • Manufactured using pure soybeans and according to sustainability and renewable resource management.
  • Easy to clean up with hot water and soap eliminating the need for harsh solvents.

How long does shipping take?

2-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia. We use Australia Post where possible for shipping and you will get notified of your delivery. We aim to send out your order on the next business day but do not guarantee a delivery date.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included for orders over $150 and only available within Australia (excluding remote Australia). For orders below $150 we charge a $15 Flatrate. For local delivery options refer to the check out.

What payment options are available?

We offer payments via credit card, Paypal, Google Pay and AfterPay.
Please note that AfterPay on our Wholesale pricing attracts a 6% surcharge. If you wish to pay via AfterPay for your Wholesale order, please contact us via email.
